HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY
The following policy statement is in accordance with Twin City Dwyer Printing Co. Ltd.'s Health and Safety goals with respect to Health and Safety Policy:
Twin City Dwyer Printing Co. Ltd. is committed to Health, Safety and Environmentally sound principles and practices. In addition to obeying all Municipal, Provincial and Federal statutes and laws, our practice will be to do the following:
- Ensure the employees receive training in their specific work tasks and to protect the Health and Safety of the workers and the environment they work in.
- Establish programs and procedures to monitor compliance with all legislative requirements. To make sure all supervisors and workers will be dedicated to the continuing objective of reducing the risk of injury.
- Supervisors will be held accountable for health and safety of workers under their supervision and will conduct regular assessments of our operations to ensure they are managed in a way that will control and reduce the risk to Health, Safety and Environment of the workplace.
- Implement site-specific Health, Safety & Environmental emergency response policies and procedures. Every worker must protect his or her own health and safety by working in compliance with the law and with safe work procedures established by the company.
- Minimize the generation of waste and dispose of the remainder in an environmentally sound manner.
- Ensure that our company's statement describing our Health, Safety & Environmental practices, policies and procedures will always be a document of public record.
- We give our personal promise that every reasonable precaution will be taken for the protection of workers.
