CREDIT POLICY
Credit sales are essential to be competitive in our industry. However, we will extend credit only to customers able and willing to pay, to the best of our knowledge. Information for the decision to extend credit will be primarily from what we can learn from our contacts with our customers. We do not use a reporting agency. To avoid losses and no-payment or slow payment, new businesses and "one shot" orders will be sold on cash or cheque with order terms. An invoice will be provided and payment collected before releasing product. There will be some cases where we will request an "up front" payment before printing.
Our collection policy is firm but fair. We will ensure customers know we expect payment within our terms. The Credit Manager is responsible for collection control, but all staff will assist with keeping accounts plain and current. All deviations from credit policy must be approved by Senior Management.
